What's the Waterfront like?  The frontage is on a river that is generally deeper and recommended for stronger swimmers only.  There is easy access into the larger Tupper Lake, and miles of boating up the Raquette River. 

Other Comments:  The setting is very quiet with neighbors visible on each side.  Water is pumped from the river, and owners provide bottled water for drinking.  Lots of books and games available.
