What's the Waterfront like?  There is a beach area, plus a dock with deep enough water to handle a motorboat.  It's a gradual drop-off. 

Other Comments:  The property is located outside of the village of Tupper Lake.  Very private with neighbors barely visible.  There's a great porch and deck overlooking the water.  The cottage faces east, and still receives a great deal of sun.  Drinking water needs to be brought in.
