What's the Waterfront like? A mix of sand, gravel, and rock. Generally deeper water with a boat & swim dock.

Other Comments: The property is private with neighbors barely visible. The property is all wooded with mostly pine trees. Lots of privacy. There is a large deck attached to the cottage, that faces the water. A second bathroom will be available in the fall of 2007. There is a boat rental facility only 2 miles down the road, or feel free to bring your own boat.
