Jim LaValley is the Broker - Owner of the company. Originally licensed in 1984, Jim became a broker in 1989. He has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science/Planning, and has been involved in numerous real estate organizations including the NYS Board of Real Estate, where he was appointed by Gov. George Pataki in 1997 and served for 10 years. He was the former Chairman of the NYS Association of REALTORS Resort & 2nd Home Committee, and speaks nationally on safety issues within the real estate industry.
