Step-out your front door, put your skis on, and head for the base lodge.  Now open for viewing, each Chalet features 3-bedrooms with 2-full baths including a jacuzzi tub in the master suite.  The Living/Dining/Kitchen area is open with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace.  Done in the Great Camp tradition, with wainscot on the walls, pine ceilings, and trimmed with cedar log.   The interior staircase is highlighted with logs and twigs, while the outside porch is constructed with large cedar logs, copper caps, and twig work.  The craftsmanship is remarkable!  There are a limited number available, with prices starting at

Patterned after the classic Adirondack Great Camps, the interior creates a distinct ambience.

The heart of the Trailside Chalets is the Great Room with a loft that looks down on the stone fireplace and the ski trails outside your front door.

The Dining Area offers a full view of the ski trails outside, as well as the stone fireplace inside.

An open kitchen makes it easy for a “grab ‘n go” lunch, or an exquisite meal with guests.

There are 3- Lodge style bedrooms, with the master suite offering a full bath, with a 2-person Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet.

Each Bedroom offers plenty of room for family or guests. 

There are 2-full baths that are spacious and continue with the Adirondack style.  Enjoy the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

With the ski trails beckoning, you can enjoy a full day of skiing and then arrive at your front porch where you have a front row seat to an incredible setting.

The newest Chalet that is currently under construction, shows an open porch with additional windows facing the trails.

Built into the side hill, the Chalet shown offers a Pull-In garage with large cedar logs highlighting the back.  Also note the porch that is accessed from the second story bedrooms.  Cedar logs and twigs will be used as rails.

The Adirondack Park is the largest State or Federal Park east of the Mississippi River.   With six million acres of public and private lands, there are 2,800 lakes and ponds, thousands of miles of rivers, and thousands of miles of hiking trails.  Owners and their visitors have an endless supply of outdoor enjoyment available to them

Summer, Spring & Fall

* The Malone Golf & Country Club is 5 minutes away and offers a Trent Jones designed 36-hole Championship course.

* The Salmon River is within walking distance with several access areas for fishing.

* With 85,000+ acres of State land nearby, there are endless hiking and mountain-biking trails.

* The St. Regis Canoe Area is a short 20-minute ride from Titus

Other Winter Activities

Besides having downhill skiing out your front door, there's plenty of other activities during the winter. 

* Snowmobile trails are easily accessed directly from the property

* Cross-country ski trails, and snowshoe trails are just around the corner.

* Ice Skating on any one of a number of public facilities.

Besides the outdoor activities, there are numerous restaurants, antique shops, boutique shops, and museums in the area.

The Awkwesasne Mohawk Casino is a short 30-minute drive

Lake Placid, site of the 1932 & 1980 Winter Olympics is only a 45-minute drive

Montreal and Ottawa, Canada are one hour
