There's a large stone fireplace in the living room, 2-bedrooms, and a single bath. If you are looking for privacy, this is a great location. Comfortably accommodates four and is available for $900 per week. It's also available in the fall for $350 per weekend - non-holiday. |

Tupper Lake/Raquette Pond: First time offering this Adirondack style, 2-bedroom cottage. When you step in, you won't believe your eyes. From the open floor plan that offers a large stone fireplace, to the large porch that leads to an open air deck-all facing the water, and offering incredible sunsets. There are two full bathrooms, plus a laundry room. The location is private, yet close to the things you need. Ideal for one or two couples. Make sure to bring your motor boat, or canoe as there is miles and miles of waterway. Available for $1,400/ week, throughout the year. /font>

Camp Loon Song : You'll love sitting on the porch overlooking the quiet waters of Lake Simon (check out the extra photos). There's a great beach area, and don't forget to bring your boat, as there is a dock. A private setting with tremendous views. You can go for miles on the water - there's an easy connection to Tupper Lake, and the Raquette River. The cottage accommodates 6 comfortably. The rental rate is $1,100 per week, or a weekend rate of $150 per night. There are limited weeks available.

Raquette River/Tupper Lake: What a great spot if you enjoy wilderness exploration. Up river a short distance is the High Peaks Wilderness Area. Down river you are only a few miles from Tupper Lake. Ideal for those who enjoy using a kayak or canoe. There is all kinds of boating available, and only a few miles from town. Limited to 4 people, and no pets. The rental rate is $800 per week. Pets Considered. Please call for availability.

Raquette River: Not for everyone. This 2 room cabin with a loft is accessed by boat only. A short paddle brings you to an incredible setting that some will find rustic, others will think it's perfect for privacy. Situated on nearly 9 acres with 800 feet on the river, this newly constructed cottage offers the ultimate in privacy and seclusion. If you enjoy paddling, fishing, and the only noise being the sound of water, give us a call or e-mail us. It's available for $500 per week or $250 for Friday thru Sunday.

Upper Saranac Lake: "Call of the Loon" is at the lake's widest part where you can see almost two miles across to the other side with a great High Peaks views. The private wing is approximately 1,400 square feet on two levels and is very nicely furnished. The three bedrooms all have private baths, a full eat in kitchen, living room with satellite TV and stone fireplace. Outside there is a boathouse dock that can accommodate any size boat you may bring, a large deck on top of the boathouse, another deck outside your living room, a swim platform/float in the lake, a grill for cooking, picnic table, campfire area, and a provided canoe or kayak. Daily Rate for 1-2 people is $150 per night. Non-holiday weekends requires a 2 night minimum stay.

Camp Chilkoot on Tupper Lake: A luxury rental on the main body of Tupper Lake that offers expansive views, and incredible sunsets. The Adirondack style runs from the architecture to the furnishings, with enough room for nine (9) people. Inside the Great Room offers two large, stone fireplaces, a huge gourmet kitchen, 4-double bedrooms, a large bunk room that will accommodate 6, 4 1/2 bathrooms, an outdoor 8-person hot tub, a screen porch, and an open porch. Outside there is a large dock and swimming area with a diving board, a tree house, and great views. Everything is high quality - right down to the sheets and towels that are provided. Available for $9,000 per week.

Raquette River/Tupper Lake: A convenient location for this well maintained 3-bedroom that offers tremendous views of the water and mountains. Located at the point where the Raquette River meets Tupper Lake, there are miles and miles of boating opportunity. The Wild Center is a little more than 2 miles away, as well as plenty of trails for hiking. The boating, swimming, fishing, and other fun activities are endless. And, with Big Tupper re-opened, this offers year round comfort with a great view of the mountain. Comfortably handles six. Available for $900 per week.

The Pinery: The premiere location on Upper Saranac Lake that offers expansive views across the water, towards the Adirondack High Peaks. There's an Adirondack style living room with stone fireplace, a family room that is directly connected to the custom kitchen, a private dining room, and lots of other comforts. The Pinery offers 3.6 acres with 200 feet of sandy beach front with spectacular southern exposure, and views. Perfect for a family vacation. There is a dry boathouse with a second floor sitting room, a large gazebo area and outdoor firepit for family gatherings. Sleeps 6. $2,500 per week.

Rockridge Townhouse: Available all year, this well appointed townhouse offers a load of conveniences with exceptional value. Easily accommodates 6, and offers views of Raquette Pond and beyond. Close to town, yet a very private feel. $800 per week.

Sandy Beach on Racquette River: No need to pack sheets and towels, this beautiful 3 bedroom house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This turnkey rental sleeps 8 comfortably, has 2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub and one with a steam shower. There is exercise equipment, TV's, stereo and internet. Outside there is a deck and grill. Beautiful sunsets along with a sandy beach that gradually deepens. Across the way is Higley Flow State Park for boat launch. More sleeping quarters outback for a family get together for an additional fee. This is a PET FRIENDLY home. Weekly rate starting at $1500

Lake Simon: Pet friendly camp on Lake Simon that accommodates 10. Spacious kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, and 3-bedrooms. Sitting on the waters edge there's a row boat and canoe available, as well as a swimming dock. Tucked quietly away, yet only 3 miles from the center of town, The Wild Center, and more. Grab your sheets, towels, and books for a television free vacation. $1,000 per week.

Private Pond: A quaint 2-bedroom cottage tucked away on a private pond that only has a handful of camps along its shore. The cottage has an Adirondack look and feel, offering a comfortable and cozy interior. Outside enjoy drifting along this little known pond that offers a quiet water setting. Fully Available for

Cranberry Camp: An incredible and very comfortable lakefront cottage that is yours to enjoy. A dog friendly rental that offers the comforts of home without the hustle and bustle. Nice waterfront access with an incredible scenic view. Besides the miles of waterway fun, there is a golf course nearby, miles of hiking trails, a short drive to museums, and Lake Placid. Sitting by the shore will be your favorite part of this rental. $1,400 per week.

Tupper Lake/Lake Simon: Classic Adirondack with an ideal setting for the family to enjoy. The Main House has a large living room, plus a family room and a huge screen porch. This rental also includes a separate guest cottage. There is a beautiful sand beach and plenty of privacy. No pets, no smoking. Maximum occupancy of 8. Available during July and August at $1,500 per week.
